Evidence-Based Therapy
Our support covers trauma, PTSD, recovery, and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging, as well as health concerns like autoimmune diseases, cancer, and pregnancy. We emphasize the use of experiential practices alongside a scientific approach to support a person’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions.

Unique Approach
Integrative counselling and therapy combine various theories and evidence-based techniques, including emotion-focused therapy, psychotherapies, psycho-socio-education, mindfulness-based approaches, yoga philosophy, trauma-informed cognitive therapy, solution-focused therapy, shadow work, and also psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapy rooted in time-tested Eastern philosophy. These methods are systematically applied, integrating psychosocial and spiritual practices to support healing and personal growth.
Integrative therapy benefits individuals who have long struggled to cope with life’s challenges. If you need support during tough times, this therapy can help guide you through them. It’s also ideal for those seeking a distinct approach to resolving mental and emotional issues, assisting you in discovering your authentic self.
