Grief counselling assists individuals in processing emotional pain following a significant loss, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, or major life changes. Grief is unique to each situation.

Seek professional counselling to help you cope with and process your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Counselling offers personalized support to navigate mourning at your own pace. Professional help is recommended when grief feels overwhelming or disrupts daily functioning.

We provide compassionate listening, new perspectives, specific techniques, and specialized skills to children, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. Our therapeutic approaches include compassionate and supportive counselling, narrative therapy, mindfulness and acceptance techniques, and complicated grief therapy (CGT).

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can schedule appointments for counselling or therapy sessions by phone, email, or online booking system.
  • Appointments are scheduled based on therapist availability and client preferences.
  • Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee, except in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
  • If a client arrives late, the session may end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
  • Payment for counselling or therapy sessions is typically collected at the time of booking or the beginning of the session.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers.
  • Therapists reserve the right to terminate services if clients engage in behaviour that is harmful to themselves, others, or the therapeutic process.
  • Clients may also choose to terminate services anytime if they feel it is no longer beneficial or appropriate for them.
  • According to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, all information shared during counselling or therapy sessions is strictly confidential.
  • Client privacy and confidentiality are always maintained during in-person and online sessions.
  • Clients participating in online counselling or therapy sessions are responsible for ensuring they can access a stable internet connection, a private and quiet environment, and any necessary technology (e.g., computer, webcam, microphone).
