Grief counselling assists individuals in processing emotional pain following a significant loss, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, or major life changes. Grief is unique to each situation.

Grief Support
Seek professional counselling to help you cope with and process your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Counselling offers personalized support to navigate mourning at your own pace. Professional help is recommended when grief feels overwhelming or disrupts daily functioning.
We provide compassionate listening, new perspectives, specific techniques, and specialized skills to children, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. Our therapeutic approaches include compassionate and supportive counselling, narrative therapy, mindfulness and acceptance techniques, and complicated grief therapy (CGT).
