Remove energy blocks and balance your Energy system.
Therapeutic Chakra Meditation helps connect you with your energies and remove blocks while aligning and balancing your energy system. The therapist works to activate your chakras, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your body. This practice also deepens your understanding of how your energy centres influence your emotional, mental, and physical health. By the end of the session, you’ll feel balanced and connected.

Understanding the Chakras
Chakras are energy centres in the body that govern various aspects of well-being. The word “Chakra” comes from Sanskrit, meaning “wheel,” symbolizing the spinning motion of energy. These centres are directly connected to the nervous system, major organs, and glands.
There are seven main chakras, each linked to specific locations on our bodies, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra corresponds to a different colour, shape, and element. When our chakras are aligned and balanced, they function properly, supporting our overall emotional and physical health.

Energy and Well-Being
Scientific studies have shown that our body comprises 98% energy and 2% matter (Junk DNA). Our energy system plays a significant role in our health. Keeping our chakras active and balanced allows energy to flow freely, impacting our mood, energy levels, and even our physical well-being.
Therapeutic Chakra Balancing restores balance by clearing blockages and realigning the chakras. This process enhances emotional healing, promotes calmness, and brings clarity. Tuning into our energy centres helps us overcome imbalances and activate emotional intelligence.
